“Self care” has become somewhat of a buzzword in recent years. It seems like everywhere you look there is someone talking about the importance of self-care. But what is self-care? Why is it so necessary? And, perhaps most importantly, how do we actually find ways to incorporate self-care into our lives as busy women with children? Our How To Prioritize Your Self Care pack answers these valuable questions and more.

Description

This 60+ page guide is your gentle reminder (and practical roadmap) for taking care of you—because homeschool moms need care too.

Between lesson planning, read-alouds, field trips, and feeding everyone (again), it’s easy to put yourself last. But burnout isn’t a badge of honor—and this Realistic Guide to Self-Care was created with your unique life in mind. Whether you’re in the thick of homeschooling littles or navigating high school transcripts, you can make space for yourself—and this guide will show you how.

Because a well-cared-for mom creates a well-nurtured homeschool.

Inside the Guide, You’ll Find:
🧘‍♀️ What Real Self-Care Looks Like – Spoiler alert: It’s not all bubble baths and yoga (though we love those too)
🧘‍♀️ Self-Care That Fits a Homeschool Life – Ideas that work during co-op prep, toddler chaos, and late-night unit study planning
🧘‍♀️ Journal Prompts for the Weary & Wondering – Reflective pages designed to reconnect you with your own needs and joys
🧘‍♀️ Whole-Self Wellness – Practical ideas for: Physical care (even when you’re exhausted), Emotional support (for when the mom guilt creeps in), Mental clarity (because your brain never turns off), Spiritual renewal (even 5 minutes of peace counts), and MORE
🧘‍♀️ Making It Actually Happen – Tips to fit self-care into your real homeschool rhythm—not an idealized one

This guide isn’t about doing more. It’s about gently reminding yourself that you matter—and showing you realistic, sustainable ways to care for the woman behind the homeschool.

Because you can’t pour from an empty cup—and your homeschool needs a mama who’s thriving, not just surviving.

Absolutely fantastic for the homeschool mom, or ANY mom! It is WAY more extensive than I expected with 60pgs of self care tips, prompts, and ideas for ways to add in self care. I have been consistently making choices toward a healthier lifestyle for the past few months and keep track of mileage with a virtual walking challenge, but don’t have a way to track other healthy habits. I am looking forward to having a visual reminder to keep me motivated and a way to see the intentional time I am investing in myself this year. I can’t wait to begin tracking a variety of daily habits like water intake, reading logs, weights and journaling! I was excited to see an extensive list of self care ideas included in the guide (emotional, spiritual, mental care ideas and many more!). WOW! I was honestly excited for just the tracking pages, but this guide includes so much more. Another amazing product from Jessica! I didn’t know I needed this very item, but it might be the best $4 I spend on myself this year. I can’t wait to see how my habits grow through the year as I intentionally focus energy on self care and taking time for me. Thank you so much for this wonderful product, Jessica!
