The Best Gifts for the Homeschool Mom

Every year my husband asks me what I want for my birthday, Mother’s Day, or Christmas and my mind goes completely blank. I am great at finding the perfect gift for everyone else but I stink at thinking of gifts for myself. I think this is because as homeschool moms we spend so many hours of our day prioritizing every one and every thing else that we tend to forget about ourselves all together.

But, I have been determined to make myself a priority and along with that comes creating a wishlist of things that I would like as gifts. Things that will help me be mindful, practice self care, things that bring me joy, or thing that will make my life as a homeschool mom a bit easier.

Are you a homeschool mom who needs help making a gift wish list? Or are you trying to find a gift for the homeschool mom in your life? Either way I am going to take care of you (and me) today!

Finding the perfect gifts for the homeschool mom doesn’t have to be difficult. We are simple women who are grateful for just the thought. But, if you want to get something that will actually be put to use here are some great ideas.

Mindfulness and Self Care for Homeschool Moms

We’ve all heard the adage about putting on your own oxygen mask first. For many of us, me included, putting ourselves first is easier said than done. As homeschool moms, we’re accustomed to putting our children and our families first. Learning to care for and make time for ourselves can be challenging, but it’s a worthwhile goal.

Homeschool moms are very busy women. They are always juggling 100 different things. Because of that other great gift options would be a service to help her out. That might include house cleaning, meals delivered through a company like Hello Fresh, a gym membership, or maybe even hiring a babysitter or nanny to sit with the kids so that she can have a little bit of time to herself.
